  Mark Owusu

The Head is Mark Owusu, a Notary Public of Ghana and a lawyer of 17 years standing. He graduated from the University of Ghana in 1991 with a Bachelor of Arts (Honors) Degree in Law and Political Science and obtained the Barrister-at-Law professional certification from the Ghana School of Law in Accra, Ghana in 1993 when he was enrolled by the General Legal Council of Ghana as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Ghana.

Mr. Owusu has acquired relevant post-graduate management, leadership and consultancy skills and qualifications. He is currently in the process of acquiring a Certified Management Consultant (cmc) license from the Chartered Institute of Administration & Management Consultants of Ghana. He is also pursuing a diploma course in International Environmental Law at the United Nations Institute for Training and Research (UNITAR) at Geneva, Switzerland.

He is an alumni of the following professional training institutes:

College of Professional Management, Jersey, Britain
Haggai Institute for Advanced Leadership Training, Maui, Hawaii, USA.

He is a member of the National Council of the Ghana Bar Association.

Prince B. Mba

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Prince was the Solicitor-Secretary of the Ghana Investment Promotion Centre, the Government agency for the coordination and promotion of investments.

He has over 18 years experience as a Solicitor.

He brings to the firm a wealth of experience in joint venture and technology transfer negotiations, public private partnerships, facilitation of trade and investments and an in-depth knowledge of the legal and institutional framework for corporate investments in all sectors of the Ghanaian economy and the ECOWAS sub-region.

Powell Shashi

Attorney Powell Shashi, 25 years of practice experience. Specializes in Air and Space, Banking and Securities, Energy and Natural Resources, Intellectual and Industrial Property, International Business Transactions, Real Estate and Taxation Laws. Also handles collection cases, Marine and Admiralty Laws and Trade Disputes.

He also advises many corporate and individual clients on general commercial matters. This includes strategic advice on acquisitions and sales of businesses.

He also advises on day-to-day problems in Real Estate/Property law and has experience in Company secretarial practice. He is an expert in general commercial contract issues.
